How do I choose the right hair extension length for me?
Great question! It all depends on your desired look! Shorter hair extensions tend to be much easier to maintain and are less expensive than longer extensions. Desired looks include; natural ponytail looks; buns; bob styles..
Medium hair extensions are much more versatile! It can give you a lot of added length and volume without being too overwhelming. eg. leave out looks, ponytails custom hairstyling
Long Hair extensions can give you a dramatic look, glamorous and styled in various ways. May require more frequent maintenance! Those with a more active lifestyle may appeal more to shorter hair extensions as they will be easier to manage. However, those with a more relaxed outgoing lifestyle might get away with longer looks.

Can the hair be straightened?
Absolutely! Straight bundles are the best choice if you're going for a bone straight look. Other textures, such as curly or wavy bundles, can be straightened, but it is not recommended. There is a risk of ruining the curl pattern if you straighten curlier textures too often.
However, since you're dealing with human hair, it will adjust to the heat provided. If you do choose to straighten curlier textures, be sure to use a heat protectant spray and start on the lowest heat setting. You can gradually increase the heat setting until you achieve the desired look.

Can I sleep with my Preciosa Bundles?
Of course! We recommend using a satin wrap to cover your bundles at night. This will help to protect your hair extensions from tangles and frizz.
If you have straight hair extensions, you can also wrap them over a hairnet for extra protection. This will help to keep your hair straight and sleek.
If you have curly hair extensions, we recommend detangling and braiding them before covering them with a satin wrap each night. This will help to keep your curls defined and prevent them from becoming tangled.

How much do I need for a full head?
The number of hair bundles you need for a sew-in depends on a few factors:
- The fullness of the look you want. Fuller sew-ins will require more bundles.
- The length of your hair. Longer hair will require more bundles.
- The hairstyle you want. Some hairstyles, such as half up, half down sews-ins, require more bundles than others.
- Most full sew-ins require at least 3 bundles.
- Fuller sew-ins may require 4 bundles.
- Half up, half down sew-ins require 3 bundles.
- Ponytails usually require 1 bundle, but sometimes 2 bundles are needed.
It is important to note that these are just general guidelines. The best way to determine how many bundles you need is to consult with your hairstylist. They will be able to give you an accurate estimate based on your specific hair type and desired hairstyle.
Can the hair be dyed?
Yes! The hair will take to dye beautifully without getting dry or brittle, so you can achieve the perfect color without damaging it. We recommend L'Oréal Paris, who offer a wide range of high-quality hair dyes that are gentle on the hair.
How long will the hair last?
Our bundles are built to last! With up to a minimum of 2 years of longevity on Raw Bundles, you can enjoy styling them over and over again. Supreme Raw Bundles have an even longer lifespan of up to 4 years due to their increased quality. Overall, bundles will naturally last even longer with proper care and maintenance, just as you would with your own hair.
We encourage frequent washing and careful handling between washes with conditioner and products to keep your hair looking and feeling as healthy as possible.
I haven’t received my order
You can track your order status via the delivery company's tracking information. If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us at preciosahairuk@gmail.com so we can assist you.
I’ve received an incorrect order
If you're not happy with what you received, please WhatsApp or email us a photo of the products and your order number so we can help you resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please keep the bundles in their original packaging, as we will need to process a return to get you the correct order. We cannot accept returns for bundles that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

How can I track my order?

I want to exchange the hair
We're happy to exchange your bundles for ones you're happier with! Just follow our return policies to return your bundles and we'll send you the new ones right away.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer insured shipping for all orders. Shipping is £4.95 for orders under £70, and free for orders over £70. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
I need to cancel my order
We apologise for any inconvenience, but we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed. Please allow the delivery to be completed and then issue a return following our return policies.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 7-14 business days to process it, depending on your location. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will issue your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, and your bank will then process the refund to your account.
